All orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouses in New Delhi and Bengaluru, India to your provided shipping address. Processing the order normally takes 2 working days and then Shipping normally takes 4-6 working days.
A single flat rate of INR 99 is charged for orders below INR 1000. All orders above INR 1000 qualify for free shipping.
Shipping destinations offered for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online.
We do not ship backorders. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.
We can only process one shipping address per order.
We will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before the order is returned as not deliverable. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility.
Following are eligible for full refund and replacement for return period of 10 days from delivery
Any product with physical damage, defective, wrong or missing item(s)
Non consumable products (braces, shoes etc.) in unused state with original packaging
Following are not eligible for refund or replacement:
Used personal products like braces, knee caps etc.
Consumable products are non-returnable due to hygiene and consumable nature of the product.
However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. We reserve the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
